The Story of the Navand Logo

During the briefing session with the client for designing the Navand logo, I realized they were looking for colors that felt modern and fresh without being unfamiliar or strange. They also emphasized the concept of infinity. This was meaningful to me because the founders (a husband-and-wife team) approach their work ethically in the same way - always committed to supporting others fully - and they wanted this spirit reflected in their brand identity.

Based on these insights, I built the logo design around a combination of the infinity symbol (∞) and the form of a bicycle, directly connecting the mark to the brand’s field of cycling and professional bicycle equipment. I chose a gradient of green and blue to achieve a balance between modernity, dynamism, and a sense of familiarity and freedom.

My goal was to ensure that the Navand logo is more than just a visual mark. It represents a brand identity built on speed, energy, endless movement, ethics, and trust. In Persian, the word “Navand” means swift and sharp, and this essence of speed became the central inspiration behind the design. The logo introduces Navand as a professional brand in the field of cycling equipment and professional biking, earning the trust of serious cyclists.
